I don't know what to do now, I noticed that my UVT was about to end (showed -1 hour) so I decided to extend it, I went to the marketplace, made the purchase and then I used the EXTEND option in the character sheet screen, suddenly I got disconecte...

Yes, I have experienced the same things several times now, mostly from walking in the rooftops, I call them "trap holes" since they look like a part of the building but if you walk directly on top you fell inside the building... it's annoying but ...
